Government Polytechnic Chamraua is the third polytechnic college in the Rampur district which is being owned & run by government of Uttar Pradesh. The institute is affiliated to Board of Technical Education, U.P. and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The institute has started functioning from session 2019-20 with only one branch 'Computer Science & Engineering' while two more branches Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering are proposed in future. The building of this new polytechnic college is under development at village-Naugawan, block- Chamraua, district-Rampur.
